Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time:
- Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days
- International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination and courier availability)
Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unexpected conditions.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and courier selection.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:
- Tracking number
- Courier information
- Tracking link
5. Incorrect Address
Ren Light is not responsible for delayed or lost orders due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing the order.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Defective or damaged product
- Size exchange (if stock is available)
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition and packaging
- With all tags still attached
Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale/discounted items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to misuse
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the mistake is from Ren Light (wrong or defective item), we cover return shipping.
- For size exchanges or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed after the returned item arrives at our facility.
If the desired size/color is out of stock, you may choose:
- An alternative product
- Store credit
- A refund
